Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to all users of Escoe Nexus Solutions’ services, including consulting, cybersecurity, SEO, design, and website development. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our services.

We offer monthly service packages including Launch, Elevate, and Empire options. All packages are subscription-based and require:.

• 1 month payment upfront (Pro-Rated).
• Payments due by the 1st of each month.
• 60-day written termination notice.

As a client, you agree to:

• Client agrees that all photographs, videos, biographies, logos, testimonials, and any other materials (“Client Content”) provided to Escoe Nexus Solutions LLC (“Company”) for use in marketing, web development, or promotional materials are owned by the Client or properly licensed for such use.
• Client warrants that it has obtained all necessary rights, releases, and permissions from any individuals, organizations, or third-party rights holders appearing in or associated with the Client Content.
• Client acknowledges that the Company is acting solely as a publisher of the materials provided and has no duty to verify ownership or permissions of submitted content.
• Provide accurate and complete information for your project needs.
• Respond in a timely manner to communication and requests.
• Honor payment terms as outlined in your service agreement.

All materials, designs, and content created by Escoe Nexus Solutions remain the property of Escoe Nexus Solutions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or resale of these materials is prohibited.

Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has commenced. If services are not delivered due to fault on our end, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We are not liable for:

• Client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Escoe Nexus Solutions LLC from any and all claims, losses, legal fees, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of any Client Content, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, defamation, misappropriation of likeness, or violation of publicity or privacy rights.
• Losses caused by delays or third-party software failures.
• Data breaches resulting from client-side security issues.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• Terms are violated.
• Payments are not made.
• We determine that continuation of services is not viable.
• Clients must give 60 days’ written notice to terminate service with payment equal to 1 full month service due on service termination.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
